Fast, Secure and Sustainable Delivery:

Printing, shipping and logistics are all handled by The Print Space in London. 

Worldwide shipping is free of charge, customers are responsible for any local tax and import duties. 

Artwork is shipped in either a reinforced tube or crumble proof packaging to ensure safe delivery.  

Delivery Time: 

Orders are usually shipped out within 48-72 hours of your purchase and are usually in transit for 5-10 working days. 

  • UK, EU & EEA: 3-5 Business Days
  • USA & Canada: 7-9 Business Days
  • Global: Up to 10 Business Days

Certificates of Authenticity and Edition Numbers:

The entire print series has a limited edition quantity in each size with detailed information available to view on our product pages. Once an artwork sells out in size or edition, they will never be available again. That's it!

Each artwork comes with a unique certificate of authenticity. The certificate verifies the name of the image, the edition number, production date, certificate number and a hologram authentication patch that is matched by a unique number on both the print and certificate.

Sustainability Measures and Carbon Neutral Print Process: 

I am grateful to partner with The Print Space who ensure that all prints are sustainably packaged and carbon neutral from end-to-end. They have managed to fine tune and coordinate every aspect of their production and delivery process to make sure they do their part for the environment. These sustainability efforts have been put into place:

  • Sustainably sourced Inkjet papers
  • Recyclable bio-polyethylene frame protection
  • Biodegradable bubble wrap
  • Recyclable cardboard stiffeners
  • Recyclable packaging envelopes
  • 100% recycled polypropylene corner protectors
  • Paper tape made from 100% recycled fibres

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges: 

We trust that you will love your prints and they will excite and delight in your space for years to come.

We are unable to accept refunds or returns due to the nature of running our tailor-made and personalised pieces in limited editions, but you are welcome to exchange your artwork for another piece of equal value. We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. You only need to cover shipping for the print you want to send back and we'll take care of the rest. 

To be eligible for an exchange your artwork must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging with certificate of authenticity enclosed. To start an exchange, contact us at hello@provoke.gallery

All artworks come in well-tested packaging able to withstand the bumpiest of shipping journeys, however on the off chance your print arrives damaged we will gladly replace it for you completely free of charge.

Simply send an email with a photo of the packaging, damaged print and certificate of authenticity as well as your order number to hello@provoke.gallery and we will get a replacement sent out to you as soon as possible. No need to worry as we cover return shipping for any damaged orders and subsequent replacements.
